Seeing Jesus suffer helps give us more patience in our own sufferings. While we are waiting for our suffering to come to an end, we are still covered by the love of Jesus. Jesus understands. He knows what it is like to have a costly delay in life. So when God calls us to wait patiently through suffering, the Savior he sends to help us and comfort us is a Savior who understands. This is something else to remember whenever we get impatient: Jesus knows and cares about our earthly struggles.
